Without question, there is a place for disagreement with any one individual’s politics, and Soros should not be immune to criticism. But the animosity against Soros goes far beyond criticism of any other billionaire funder of political efforts, and perhaps beyond all of them put together. The truth is there is only one sordid reason for why attacks on George Soros are constantly trending, and it is not because of his money or his politics.
It is because he is Jewish.
Again the irony - a man who is funding countless anti-Jewish and anti-Israel groups and working hard to undermine and weaken Israel cries "Anti-Semitism!" when called out on it.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of Zelensky who repeatedly said his Judaism was irrelevant to him and repeated voted against Israel at the UN to prove it only to cry "Israel, why aren't you helping me, your fellow Jew?" when the Russians invaded.
You can't have it both ways.
ReplyDeleteJews can't claim to be the representatives of G-d and at the same time tolerate massive interference by a Jew in the internal politics of other nations that contradicts the Torah.
The non-Jews are smart and when they point out the contradiction it is just bad form to smirk and smugly proclaim "antisemitism."
