I know this case well. Rabbi gestetner passeled the Get of Mrs Lea Sued of mexico city for as few reasons. 1) The rabbanut of israel has committed kefiya by not allowing Mr Sued to leave Israel until he gives a Get. This ios the classic Get meusa. 2)Mr Sued had signed a Moser Modooh form prior to kefiya, which essentially nullifies any get coercion. 3)Besides being a Get Meuse, its also a Get "MUTEEH" meaning it was executed under false premise as both husband and wife signed an agreement dividing assets and custody visitation at the Rabbanut office in Israel, and the wife reneged on the deal post GET by NOT allowing him to see the children. and 4) the rabbanut ignored a letter from the Mexican bais Din who had jurisdiction on this case and stated that the husband was fully compliant with halocho and she was not.Therefore her get is possul, and she will need a new Get.
