  1. Lol wow another rico filed by rivky stein what are the odds that the family that took her in and caredfor her and the man she married are both crime families...shes either incredibally lucky or full of it...i choose the second...what a person to do this to people who actually took her in and protected her against what she claims to be an abusive husband....this is the final straw to her credibility she now has zero in my eyes.

  2. Mishcon De Reya seems to be a top law firm in the UK and USA. I doubt they would risk their credibility and their superb reputation if they were not totaly sure that Rivky was telling the truth. This seems to lend credibility to Rivky's story...

  3. No, they are presenting legal arguments, which make sense. "Truth or emes" and legal arguments are not the same. And with their reputation comes a high cost, so who is paying her bills?

  4. Mishcon De Reya is a British law firm that only started doing business in the United States four years ago. They are very far from being a top law firm in the United States.

Furthermore, even if they were it wouldn't prove anything. As long as they are getting paid the almighty buck they would represent Osama bin Laden or the Son of Sam or Jeffrey Dahmer.

  5. If they are looking for business (many law firms are these days. Besides they really want juicy business cases, so i think they were convinced to take this as pro bono ( = free to client) as a tzedaka type case.

Usually, these free lawyers are lousy (you get what you pay for.) Federal court, on the other hand, is vastly different.
