I think this video could be quite informative for Ploni and yy, since it states unequivocally that there is a long-standing tradition of victim intimidation by religious authorities (i.e. Rabbis) in the hareidi communities he deals with.
Quite appalling to hear.
He also states clearly that it would be best to do away with the "rabbinic filter". The Rabbis should listen to him the same way they let the doctor decide when making halachic decisions for sick people.
