  1. Why is this being posted now? Isn't this issue almost a decade old?

Rav Roth ZT"L was niftar earlier this year.

  2. Why bring up this old obsession now! Move on.

  3. Was it resolved?
You think there is a statute of limitation on adultery or sexual abuse?

  4. Rabbi David Bar-Hayim debunks the Outrageous Satmar SHIT'ah

  5. Anyone who can protest, must. If they do not, and could have, they are held accountable. Everyone must call and pressure the Philadelphia Rabbeim at least as much as the husband in Silver Spring was pressured. Baltimore Beis Din has jurisdiction. Why is she refusing to go?

  6. Which journal or sefer is this from?

  7. They won't retract. When k & G reach 120, then what? Who will you protest against?

  8. If a mamzer is born you think it is best to not be aware of this?

So why don't you harass Tamar+ her new husband?

  10. You seem to be saying let them commit adultery and any one else who can get rabbinical or social media approval

  11. Isn't there a school of halachic thought that advocates "don't ask, don't tell" about children that may be mamzeirim? IOW, they insist on burying information that would demonstrate that a baby is a bastard.

  12. If there is doubt. But not when it is obvious. Even Eliyahu will not reveal mamzerim who are presumed kosher

No, I don't. I seem to be saying harass the adulterers, since greenblatt doesn't retract.

In case of T. E. not clear yet if they have children, so this is future -proofing.
But an already existent safek mamzer is a different story.
The other thing is you mamzer-watch crowd claim tgey are all vadai mamzerim.

Setting up a divorce watch, and mamzer watch and sefer yechusin is not in keeping with the Rema.

  16. I'll tell you why keeping this matter alive is important - it may very well prevent them from bringing mamzerim into the world. If we let this pass they would be more inclined to risk having children. I don't believe they have had children yet. She is in her late 30's and he is well into his 40's so we need to keep the pressure on.
