New York (WABC) -- Rockland County has declared a state of emergency over the ongoing measles outbreak, with Executive Ed Day announcing that non-vaccinated minors are now barred from public places.
Now in effect, anyone who is under 18 years of age and is not vaccinated against the measles is prohibited from public places until the declaration expires in 30 days or until they receive the MMR vaccination.
Officials said law enforcement will not be patrolling the streets or asking for vaccination records, but if someone is found in violation of the declaration, their case will be referred to the district attorney's office.
Parents will also be held accountable for their children if they are found in violation of the state of emergency, and could face fines and possible jail time.
Now, if only politicians had the will to do that with those spreading HIV.
ReplyDeleteEd Day, the County Executive, has long been known to be a notorious antisemite for a long time. Nothing to do with the vax issue. He said the other day he is implementing this unprecedented so-called health measure because he's angry the Jews aren't answering their phones and doors when county officials are calling and coming. So this has nothing to do with health.

ReplyDeleteJews are interested in honesty. For centuries the nassssty goyim accused us of being filthy and spreading disease. These particular Jews want the goyim to be honest so they're helping make it so

ReplyDeleteWhile the Supreme Court authorized the states to pass these laws mandating vaccinations, it was in no way required for the states to do so. Federal authority on vaccines only applies to situations of national concern, such as the quarantine of foreign disease and regulation between states.
As a result, states have varying rules to regulate vaccines. All 50 states require students to be vaccinated before starting school, and every state has an exemption for cases of medical conditions that would make vaccines risky, like an immune disorder or cancer. Most states have the option for parents to opt out for religious reasons, and about half of states broaden that exemption to personal or philosophical reasons.
Some states have stringent requirements attached to their exemptions, such as approval of a doctor. Others however, particularly with religious and personal exemptions, are as simple as a checkbox on a student enrollment form.
