FACT: Immigrants to the United States — including Mexicans — are assimilating as well as or better than immigrant groups from Europe over a hundred years ago.
There is an entire mall north of Toronto that has only Chinese signs. Not a word in English. Don't tell me they're assimilating.
ReplyDeleteEntire neighbourhoods in America where only Spanish is spoken but sure, they're assimilating.
And Muslim businessmen want to build a Muslim-only city in Texas. Yep, that's assimilation right there.
