Elon Musk brands UK a ‘tyrannical police state’

Musk’s fight with the British government took off over the summer, when he leaped on the killing of three schoolgirls in the seaside town of Southport to offer his thoughts on policing in the U.K., spread inaccurate claims about the government’s response, and accuse Starmer of running a “two-tier” justice system that treats white people more harshly.

Downing Street hit back after he claimed “civil war is inevitable” in the U.K. and he was not invited to a major investment summit held in the fall, although ministers have since tried to rebuild bridges.

  1. Musk is correct.
Let's start with the easy one? A society completely under video surveillance by the government? Check.
Hate laws that punish controversial opinions because someone, somewhere got offended? Yup.
Police tasked with thought control? Yup. (Look up non-crime hate statements)
A government that caters to extremism on one side while pushing down on the folks who oppose those extremists? Yup.
The UK is actually now a horrible place to be.

    1. Sounds just like what Trump wants to change America into, So you only view it horrible when Trump doesn't control everything?

    2. Control what? Musk pushes free speech. It's why he bought Twitter. Only someone in an Orwellian dystopia would claim Trump is against free speech
