A judge has now clarified that this is basically a legal distinction without a real-world difference. He says that what the jury found Trump did was in fact rape, as commonly understood.

ReplyDeleteAlso, I looked over the case, it's a. Incredulous claim that he raped her in a department dressing room 30 years ago. For a claim like that I would expect hard evidence, not just corroborate from two friends. What's stopping women from creating fictitious charges against every billionaire?? I don't get it.
