“Now, no one should really get hung up, as sometimes Republicans are want to do, on whether sufficient proof exists to convict Joe Biden of a financial crime. That’s irrelevant here,” she argued.

  1. Sometimes a criminal is brought to court and convicted without a smoking gun.

Some years back a group of kids pulled a prank and stole stop signs in a neighborhood. There was an accident that led to a death at an intersection with a missing stop sign.

The prosecutors did not prove at trial that the kids stole the stop sign at the corner where the fatal accident occurred. What they did prove was that there was a pattern of surrounding, nearby intersections on a map from where the kids did remove stop signs.

The jury decided this was enough evidence to bring in a guilty verdict.

The House investigators may never find the way Joe Biden was bribed, if in fact he was bribed or was given money to act on behalf of a foreign business(es) and/or a foreign government(s). But if he acted in a way that gives the impression he was someone whose influence could be bought, that is an impeachable offense.

An elected ofgicial has to hold himself to a high standard and not allow his or her technically staying within the boundaries of the law excuse sloppy behavior that gives the impression that a law might have been broken.

  2. If they're already onto "Pay no attention to any crimes you see" then it's clear that there are crimes. I don't doubt we'll get a bunch of anti-Trump posts today to distract us.

  3. Trump is like the Jews. Even if he didn't commit a crime, he's guilty. Biden is the Gentiles. Even if he did commit the crime, nothing to see here!

  4. You are claiming crimes with clear evidence are not crimes - the real crimes have no evidence - sounds like homeopathic medicine - the less actual substance the more powerful is the medicine

  5. Wow so what do you do with Kushners $2 billion? What you are clearly indicating is that Democrats must be held to a higher standard than Republicans. A two tier justice system!

  6. Nope you have it backwards - with Trump we ignore the evidence and excuse all bad behavior and statements. With Biden he is guilty merely because we can imagine some crime occurred

  7. Kushner is investing other people's money. Here you go putting the cart ahead of the horse. Evidence of wrongdoing? No. Ponzi scheme? No. He's straightforward investigating in businesses and real estate. The rumours are that the Saudi money is being invested in Israeli hi tech. Since Saudi can't do it directly (maarit ayin amongst his Arab brothers), he needs a credible shaliach mitzvah, and this is perfect for kushner, an American frum Jew who ate smoked lox in Mbs tent.

  8. So if you apply the Republican standards for conviction - Jered is obviously guilty of corruption

  9. Democrats are already adopting these standards against Mr kushner.
But you missed my point. There was a time when, western companies would not do business with Israel, due to Arab pressure. The Israelis would open European offices in order to bypass these boycotts.
Now, Saudi Arabia, which in the 70s led the boycott, is working through a meilitz, Jared, to do business with Israel!

  10. How did I indicate that? Regardless of party affiliation, all elected officials have to act with integrity.

I'm mostly unfamiliar with deal you allude to. The article you posted was about President Joe Biden.

  11. You aren't ignoring anything. You're even paying attention to things that don't exist!
