A New York jury quickly reached the conclusion on Tuesday that Donald Trump sexually abused the journalist E. Jean Carroll, pummeling him with a $5 million punishment for forcing himself on her—and defaming her for years.

Ending a two-week civil trial in federal court, a nine-panel jury of New Yorkers concluded that the real estate mogul did, in fact, violently attack magazine journalist E. Jean Carroll in 1996—pinning her against a wall while she stood inside the fitting room at a high-end Manhattan clothing store Bergdorf Goodman.

  1. If the jury had cleared Donald Trump, the leftist press would still be claiming victory for DonaldTrump's accuser.

Headline: Donald Trump's Reputation Damaged from Accusations

Story: The jury found Donald Trump not guilty. However, elaborate precautions were taken to protect the identities of the jurors.

"Clearly, the jurors were just focused on preserving their anonymity. They were intimidated by the judge's ruling which ironically did not make them feel safer but actually more vulnerable to unwanted attention from the press and RWDSs (Right Wing Death Squads," said media consultant Lefty Tuziend. "And that's how Trump operates: using domestic." terrorism."

  3. The decision is being appealed. It seems Donald Trump is operating within the bounds of the law.

Exactly what sin has he committed? The jury ruled he harme someone. He'll pay the damages if he loses his appeal and justice will have been served.

That is how you dismiss sexual abuse?!
He merely harmed her and therefore he is the bedrock this country needs as President?!

  6. What happened to your emphasis on the rule of law in your first comment above? Donald Trump was convicted of battery. Battery is harming someone. If the legal system didn't determine he had battered the accuser we wouldn't be having this discussion. I'm just going by what the article said. There was no rape conviction!

  7. It's the old communist legal technique - first convict, then have a trial.

  9. Yes, and it's American practice that lots of people are above the law, again, the Clintons, for example.
