"At the end of the day, Yeshiva University students will have a club for peer support this year, and the sky is not going to fall down," Rosenfeld added.

It is our duty to stand up for the Constitution even when doing so is controversial. For these reasons, I respectfully dissent.”

I have a second bite in Aranoff v Aranoff both at NYS Court of Appeals and at Appellate Division Second Dept fighting a 30-year hoax = A hoax is a widely publicized falsehood so fashioned as to invite reflexive, unthinking acceptance by the greatest number of persons of the most varied social identities and of the highest possible social pretensions to gull its victims into putting up the highest possible social currency in support of the hoax.
