The Texas GOP denied the Log Cabin Republicans, which is an organization that represents LGBTQ Republicans, earlier this month from having a booth at their state convention, sparking a debate online about the treatment of gay conservatives.
What's the question? Homosexuality offends G-d. G-d created the world. Does any thinking person want to intentionally to offend the G-d who created them? The answer is there are such people. The Texas Republicans are not them, however.
I commented a few minutes ago. And then I deleted my comment.
I was satisfied with my comment. Why then did I delete it?
I deleted it because it was critical of a priveleged class of people in most if not all Western societies. I was afraid that at some point in the future I might be the subject of a canceling campaign and the comment would be used against me and then Disqus might shut down my account for a violation of their terms of use or whatever they call my contract with them.
I didn't feel bad about deleting it. In fact I felt good that I bothered to reconsider posting the comment and decided not to chance leaving it up.
I always have Telegram to say the thibgs I want to without fear. I belong to a group there which where members discuss controversial topics and the admins only kick people off if the poster does things like being argumentative at length without considering what people are replying to them.
Telegram strikes fear into the hearts of the Left. So does cash. I raise money on Telegram by telling people they can anonymously donate to a certain cause some of us support by their sending me cash. This way banks and credit card companies can't shut down the flow of money which arrives by U.S. mail. The donors remain anonymous. Of course, I must still report the money to the government. But the anonymous donors are under no legal obligation to report their donations.
Thus, when the legal revolution comes and we overthrow the government through the democratic election process, the Left will be left wondering (pun intended) how they missed the build-up to the revolution but they will have only themselves to blame for driving us underground like outlaws.
“Texas GOP Convention” Bravo. Certain policies are best described as stupid. What are leaders to do facing stupid rebels? This week’s parsha Korah: “Now Korah, son of Izhar, son of Kohath, son of Levi, betook himself ויקח along with Dathan and Abiram, sons of Eliab, and On, son of Peleth—descendants of Reuben---rose up against of Moses ויקמו לפני משה, together with 250 Israelites, chieftains of the community, chosen in the assembly, men of repute. They combined against Moses and Aaron ויקהלו על משה ועל אהרן and said to them: You have gone too far רב לכם! For all the community are holy, all of them כי כל העדה כלם קדשים, and the Lord is in their midst ובתוכם. Why do you take yourselves above תתנשאו the Lord’s congregation? When Moses heard this, he fell upon his face.” (Numbers 16:1-4).
Allow me my letter yesterday to the NYS Court of Appeals. Yes I have a number. Motion No. 2022-460 and a return dated: June 27, 2022.
"3.A statement of the procedural history of the case: Exhibit B: Docket #'s 1995-08938 and 97-10813 Decided on April 29, 1996: In July 1991, the wife commenced this separation action after the husband had left the United States to settle permanently in the State of Israel. In the separation action, the wife seeks, inter alia, support for the minor children. During the pendency of the separation action in New York, on February 17, 1993, a Rabbinical Court in the State of Israel issued a divorce decree.... Further, even if the divorce decree of the Jerusalem Rabbinical Court were entitled to full faith and credit under the doctrine of comity, New York courts would nevertheless retain jurisdiction over subsidiary issues such as child support (see, Bennett v. Bennett, 103 A.D.2d 816, 817). As such, the Supreme Court was correct in not extending comity as to the child support issues and, accordingly, in denying the husband's motion to amend his answer. 4.A showing of the timeliness of the motion. I'm getting only 45% of my TIAA pension from early 1994 with no end in sight. This gives me standing to make motions. My motion is timely because May 23, 2022 the Appellate Division 2nd Department wrote me: The Court has denied your request for a motion."
My theory. Moses and Aaron faced stupid rebels Korah and supporters. GOP leaders face stupid rebels who support LGBT garbage. A woman is human born to have potential to have babies. Congress approved a judge on the Supreme Court who said I don't know to the question what is a woman....
