UK woman can’t have contact with twin sons, 12, after Austrian court ruling

 https://www.jewishnews.co.uk/uk-woman-cant-have-contact-with-twin-sons-12-after-austrian-court-ruling/

A British Jewish woman has been told that she is to have no contact with her 12-year-old twin sons as a result of a new ruling by an Austrian court.

Beth Alexander, now a London-based family law solicitor, has been fighting her ex-husband, Dr Michael Schlesinger, in the Vienna courts, after the breakdown of their short marriage and the birth of the twins, Samuel and Benjamin.

  1. “Beth Alexander, now a London-based family law solicitor, has been fighting her ex-husband, Dr Michael Schlesinger, in the Vienna courts” My case Aranoff v Aranoff is different because in NYS law I never divorced Susan except for the fake/phony Prus 2013 NYS civil divorce, 20 years after the Israel divorce and get of 2/17/1993.

Why is Susan fighting me these 31 years in NYS courts? Yes I have SCOTUS docket numbers 21-6561, 20-8096, 20-7892, 20-6525, 18-7160, and 18-9390. Why? To get my pension freed and also to establish my good name these 31 years.

I filed today to the IRS my 2021 1040-SR. TIAA filed a 1099 reporting to the IRS pension payments in 2021 $25,058.18. TIAA paid me only 45% and Susan 55%.

I had no lawyer 2013 when Susan got the fake/phony Prus 2013 NYS civil divorce over my objections. I like being my own lawyer. It’s free except for UPS fees.

I see no good reason: “A British Jewish woman has been told that she is to have no contact with her 12-year-old twin sons as a result of a new ruling by an Austrian court.” I wish Beth Alexander good luck, health and happiness.

Tamar Epstein got a fake/phony PhD psychology letter to obtain the Kaminetsky-Greenblatt Heter. Hard to prove in court a fake/phony document, but, God willing, I’m going to succeed.

  2. “UK woman can’t have contact with twin sons, 12, after Austrian court ruling” My theory. First Torah thought on this week’s parsha משפטים. “When men fight, and one of them pushes a pregnant woman and a miscarriage results, but no other damage ensues, the one responsible shall be fined according as the woman’s husband may exact from him, the payment to be based on reckoning (others as the judges determine).” (Exodus 21:22).

“ and בפללים contains a reference to the judges, as it says. and he shall pay as the judges determine [בפללים].”

Two men fighting with intent to kill each other, say, Reuven and Shimon. Shimon causes death/accident personal injury to a pregnant woman, an innocent 3rd party, say, Reuven’s mistress. The Torah says Reuven has standing in a bet din and he gets the court award for the personal injury and not she! Important teaching. From plain reading the pregnant woman is left out, as if nothing happened to her, only to her man partner (not necessarily husband). Beautiful.

Hertz Chumash p. 309: “a woman. Either she was near the men who were fighting, or she had endeavored to separate them. No harm. i.e. no fatal injury (Mechilta). As the judges determine. If the husband makes an exorbitant claim, the sume to be paid is to be fixed by the court.”

My theory. Beth Alexander does not have standing in a court. The twins are 12 years old. Life goes on. Thank God I have standing in Aranoff v Aranoff. How did Susan manage from whole cloth a fake/phony Prus 2013 NYS civil divorce? How did Dr. Schlesinger manage a court order denying Beth Alexander to see her twin sons Samuel and Benjamin still in effect? Bravo Beth Alexander.

  3. I take Beth Alexander’s side. Thanks for this post, DT. Torah thoughts משפטים. Two men fighting, say, Rueven and Shimon, with intents to kill, with Shimon’s wife there. Comparing “When men fight, and one of them pushes a pregnant woman and a miscarriage results, but no other damage ensues, the one responsible shall be fined according as the woman’s husband may exact from him, the payment to be based on reckoning (others as the judges determine).” (Exodus 21:22). “If two men get into a fight with each other, and the wife of one comes up to save her husband from his antagonist and puts out her hand and seizes him by the genitals,” (Deuteronomy 25:11).

    Baba Kama 27a
“From the implication of the mere statement, And she putteth forth her hand, would I not have understood that she taketh him? Why then continue in the text and she taketh him? In order to inform you that since there existed an intention to injure though none to cause degradation [there is liability even for Degradation].”

“She lays hold of him והחזיקה בו him, and kissed him; Brazenly העזה פניה she says to him:” (Proverbs 7:13).

In this week’s parsha משפטים she has no bad intentions. She suffers a miscarriage and her husband (partner) is entitled to compensation. Fine. Beautiful. She’s an innocent party. No one intended to injure her.

In Deuteronomy 25:11 because she indeed has bad intentions there is liability for Degradation.

Interesting the Torah looks into intentions. The Torah tells us that we should look into intentions. Beth Alexander just wants to see her sons Samuel and Benjamin. Beth Alexander has no bad intentions.

  4. Torah thought משפטים “You shall serve ועבדתם the Lord your God אלקיכם, and He will bless your bread לחמך and your water מימיך; and I will remove sickness from your midst מקרבך. No woman in your land shall miscarry or be barren. I will let you enjoy the full count of your days.” (Exodus 23:25-26). “He said, If you will heed the Lord your God diligently, doing what is upright in His sight, giving ear to His commandments and keeping all His laws, then I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the Egyptians, for I the Lord am your healer.” (Ib. 15:26).

In Exodus 23:25 starts with plural, the whole people, then switches to singular, each person.

Beautiful. Prayer which takes the place of sacrifices is a public activity. God will respond to each and every one of us.

“ R. Aha son of R. Hanina says: [You learn it] from here: “See, God is mighty; He is not contemptuous; He is mighty in strength and mind.” (Job 36:5) And it is further written: “He redeems me unharmed from the battle against me; it is though many are on my side כי ברבים היו עמדי” (Psalms 55:19).

I’m happy progress on SCOTUS 21-932 Trump’s fight against the House January 6 committee: set for conference February 18, 2022 3 weeks!

Trump refusing subpoena because committee just wants to jail Trump. Also my stuff at SCOTUS set for conference February 18, 2022 3 weeks! Trump will win and I will win, God willing. Netanyahu will also win against political evil that wants to jaill Netanyahu or make him retire (like Rabbi Lizman).

  5. Torah thought this week’s parsha תרומה “Exactly as I show you ככל אשר אני מראה אותך--the pattern of the Tabernacle and the pattern of all its furnishings--so shall you make it.” (Exodus 25:9).

“IT IS THE SAME WHETHER ONE ENTERS THE TEMPLE COURT, etc. How do we know? [that king, prophet, etc. are necessary for consecrating an addition to the Temple court] R. Shimi b. Hiyya said: Because Scripture says: “Exactly as I show you ככל אשר אני מראה אותך--the pattern of the Tabernacle and the pattern of all its furnishings--so shall you make it.” (Exodus 25:9), for future generations [Ex. XXV, 9; the phrase, so shall ye make it, being superfluous, because it has already been said, Let them make Me a sanctuary (verse 8), is taken to imply that whatever was done for the tabernacle in the wilderness should be done for any future tabernacle or Temple. The tabernacle was consecrated in the presence of King and Prophet (Moses), Urim and Tummim (worn by Aaron), and the seventy elders.].”

My theory. “Moses went inside the cloud, and ascended the mountain; and Moses remained on the mountain forty days and forty nights.” (Exodus 24:18). KA likes to call my city Bnei Brak where I live charedi land. Garnel likes to make fun of Bnei Brak rabbis such as Rabbi Litzman.

Moses spent 40 days and nights in Heaven. Doing what? Not moral behavior teachings, not details on the 10 Commandments---but on the tabernacle and its furnishings that we have to build, even today. Beautiful. We have a break now on moral teachings with תרומה the tabernacle and its furnishing.

In Bnei Brak we love studying Torah, including about the tabernacle and sacrifices. We hope nothing comes from North Korea and Putin threatening war. Purim is coming. Many here love Trump and Netanyahu.
