Speaking from personal experience – I’ve been sued or involved in lawsuits more than once and it’s one of the less pleasant experiences I’ve had. Bearing in mind that I am a well-connected (in this area) professional with an organization and a team of professionals and a board of directors and insurance and several lawyers… And it has still been incredibly unpleasant, time-consuming and stressful. If you’re a traumatized victim of sexual abuse with little financial resources, just working up the courage to tell your story – and you’re slapped with a lawsuit… you’re terrified.
In all of the years that I’ve been working in this field and all the hundreds (thousands??) of victims I’ve spoken to, I have been privy to exactly three instances of cases that may have been false reports.
In all three cases, no one’s life was ruined by the false report. In the worst case scenario, the whole situation amounted to a very awkward

“2.Exhibit A: Exhibit A: Judgment of Divorce without due judicial proceedings Sep 10, 2013 states: This action was submitted to this court for consideration this 1st day of August 2013. The Defendant was served personally outside the State of New York. Plaintiff presented a Summons With Notice and Verified Complaint and Affidavit of Service proving service on the defendant. The Defendant has failed to appear and an Inquest was held setting out the facts of this matter.\ The Court accepted written proof of non-military status. The plaintiff's address is 498 East 18th Street, Brooklyn, New York and social security number is 092-40-5101. The Defendant's address is 8 Miriam Haneviyah Street, Bnei Brak, Israel, New York and social security number is 267-78-9897.
3.Error on my address. I live in Israel and not in New York. Did Judge Prus purposely write incorrectly: The Defendant's address is 8 Miriam Haneviyah Street, Bnei Brak, Israel, New York and social security number is 267-78-9897?
4.The NYS Constitution states: [Right to assemble and petition; divorce; lotteries; pool-selling and gambling; laws to prevent; pari-mutuel betting on horse races permitted; games of chance, bingo or lotto authorized under certain restrictions] \S9. 1. No law shall be passed abridging the rights of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government, or any department thereof; nor shall any divorce be granted otherwise than by due judicial proceedings;
5.Internet on due judicial proceedings: Due process is the legal requirement that the state must respect all legal rights that are owed to a person. Due process balances the power of law of the land and protects the individual person from it. When a government harms a person without following the exact course of the law, this constitutes a due process violation, which offends the rule of law. Due process has also been frequently interpreted as limiting laws and legal proceedings (see substantive due process) so that judges, instead of legislators, may define and guarantee fundamental fairness, justice, and liberty. That interpretation has proven controversial. Analogous to the concepts of natural justice, and procedural justice used in various other jurisdictions, the interpretation of due process is sometimes expressed as a command that the government must not be unfair to the people or abuse them physically.
6.NYS Court of Appeals ruling November 23, 2021 states:...
ORDERED, that the motion is dismissed upon the ground that the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution....
7.Judge Prus signed a judgment of divorce without due judicial process, a violation of the NYS Constitution. I ask the court to grant my motion number 2021-981.”

ReplyDeleteJustin Trudeau can hire and fire whoever he wants (with some limits). Trudeau can expel anyone of his staff for any reason or for no reason as wishes.
In this week’s parsha שמות plenty of fake news and false reporting behind the rotten scoundrel Pharaoh:
"He replied, You are shirkers, shirkers! That is why you say, Let us go and sacrifice to the Lord. Be off now to your work! No straw shall be issued to you, but you must produce your quota of bricks. Now the foremen of the Israelites found themselves in trouble because of the order, You must not reduce your daily quantity of bricks.” (Exodus 5:17-19).

My theory. Rotten scoundrel leaders, like Pharaoh, can issue horrible orders the people hate yet the people don’t rebel and obey. Is Justin Trudeau a rotten scoundrel for expelling two MPs from Liberals today after reading report on alleged sexual misconduct? No. Politics politics. Wow alleged misconduct can ruin a person totally.
I like that the Hertz Chumash says that the Egyptian people were good to the Jews In my case Aranoff v Aranoff we have a NYS Constitution question over the alleged 9/10/2013 NYS contested civil divorce. I hope the NYS Court of Appeals grants my appeal and voids the alleged 9/10/2013 NYS contested civil divorce. Judges in NYS can rule as they wish on most matters and the NYS Court of Appeals cannot intervene unless there is a NYS Constitution question.(S9. 1. No law shall be passed abridging the rights of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government, or any department thereof; nor shall any divorce be granted otherwise than by due judicial proceedings;)
My letter today 22/12/2021:
“9.According to NYS law I'm still married to Susan. Susan's alleged NYS civil divorce has no meaning. I wasn't at the inquest. There are serious errors in the alleged NYS civil divorce: my address, concerning the QDRO, concerning the fake/phony 1995 Rigler order of separation, etc. The Supreme Court of the US posts my complaints in 6 docket number so far because I claim a federal law violation, ERISA: Judge Prus ordering TIAA to pay Susan55% of my pension with no end in sight. I have standing to file complaints the NYS Court of Appeals and at the Supreme Court of the US because TIAA pays Susan 55% of my pension from early 1994 with no end in sight.
10.After the Israeli divorce 2/17/1993 I went on with my life and married Yemima Aranoff 962786974 (4/3/1955), and God blessed us with Hadassah Aranoff 215533312 (3/7/1994), Tamar Aranoff 215533380 (11/22/1995), and Sapphire Rivka Aranoff 215532577 (2/20/1997). I have no need and no desire for a NYS civil divorce. If I were to go to NYS would Susan start a case against me for bigamy? I have no plans and no desire to go to NYS. I love living in Israel. Larry Rothbart and Judge Pesce were wrong to say that my children from Yemima are illegitimate. Judge Rigler, Larry Rothbart and Judge Pesce wanted me to agree to a NYS civil divorce which I adamantly refuse to.”
