“When you turn a foolish young man into a hero, you’ll see more foolish young men try to emulate his example,” wrote conservative commentator David French in The Atlantic. “And although the state should not permit rioters to run rampant in America’s streets, random groups of armed Americans are utterly incapable of imposing order themselves, and any effort to do so can lead to greater death and carnage.”
But those voices have been in the minority. More common has been a refrain that Rittenhouse has been a victim of media hysteria like others before him. Kirk pointed to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and Nick Sandmann, the Kentucky teen falsely accused of trying to intimidate a Native American drummer at the Lincoln Memorial, as similar cases of media “smear jobs.”

Wow. This is the source that in Psalms, throughout the Siddur, the Tanack---ארץ means the Land of Israel. Our tiny Israel is the focus of God. True today, isn’t it? When we say in so many places ארץ the meaning is The land of Israel, not earth. Beautiful.

“1.I request permission to make this Motion for Reargument of motion number 850 October 18, 2021 dismissed on November 23, 2021.Mo. No. 2021-850 Susan Aranoff, Respondent, v. Gerald Aranoff, Appellant.Motion for leave to appeal dismissed upon theground that the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution.
5.The basis of my argument in support for this motion for reargument of motion number 850 October 18, 2021 dismissed on November 23, 2021 is simple. I'm still getting only 45% of my TIAA pension as been the case since early 1994. This is in violation of ERISA. Whether or not I have an appealable paper is a red herring.
8.It is inappropriate and wrong for Judge Prus to issue in 2013 20 years after the Get a NYS contested civil divorce 2013 Aranoff v Aranoff based on a heap of lies of Ms. Serlin and Susan. It is not possible to issue a contested civil divorce, over the man's objections, after the man gives his wife a Get. It is not possible for Judge Rigler to order a freeze on a man's TIAA pension early 1994 over the man's objections, after the man gives his wife a Get. I understand that higher courts are reluctant to get into issues of judicial misconduct of lower court judges. The NYS Constitution requires the NYS Court of Appeals to get into issues of law that arise in deciding a case. My question: Can Judge Prus permanently award 55% of my TIAA pension in 2013 20 years after the Get?
9.I attach: Exhibit A Popkin 3/24/1993 and Jerusalem Post 5/23/1996 (Proof Susan recognized the Get). The law is clear, which Susan and TIAA have been violating for 30 years, that a divorcee cannot file a heap of lies to deny her previous husband his pension.”

For the sixth blessing he says he says: He who answered Jonah etc. For the seventh blessing he says: He who answered David etc. The Gemara asks: Now, Let us see: Jonah live after David and Solomon, why does he [the one reciting the blessings] placed him before them [The same question could have been asked in regard to Elijah, who also flourished long after David and Solomon. Indeed, Yerushalmi (2:9) ask this question as well. The answer given by the Gemara below resolves both questions (cf. Maharasha, Keren Orah)]? The Gemara answers: Because he must conclude the entire series of additional prayers with the blessings: Who has mercy on the Land, since this makes reference to the particular calamity of draught [in Israel] that prompted the fast. Therefore, since it I aptly associated with them [David and Solomon both prayed that God should have mercy on [a draught stricken] Eretz Yisrael (II Samuel 21:1, I Kings 8:37). Beautiful. “Should Your people Israel be routed by an enemy because they have sinned against You, and the turn back to You, and acknowledge Your name, and they offer prayer and supplication to You in this House, oh, hear in heaven and pardon the sin of Your people Israel, and restore to them to the land that You gave to their fathers. I love the focus on the Land of Israel. In Aranoff v Aranoff I always hoped that Susan and our six small children in 1991 would join me in the Land of Israel, as Susan promised me in writing. The Jerusalem Bet din advised me to send Susan a get to see if she accepts. Susan accepted 2/13/1993 before witnesses in Rabbi Ralbag’s Brooklyn bet din. The same Rabbi Ralbag Judge Freda Wolfson gave immunity for testimony to convict Mendel Epstein et al. Follow Israelreader, KA, Garnel? I tried to persuade Susan and our children. Did I do anything wrong? Susan was busy with funny business with agunah rights.

Beautiful. Sad that Lusius Quietus killed Lulianus and his brother Pappus in Lod. Schottenstein edition says: “I.e. the city of Lod. Lulianus and Pappus were completely righteous men. Some explain that the emperor’s daughter was found murdered and the Jews were accused of the crime. The Jews were threatened with mass execution unless they could produce the murderers. To save the Jewish people, Lilianus and Pappus stepped forward and falsely admitted to the crime, and Turyanus executed only them (Rashi).”
Today is the 3rd night of Chanukah. The Gamara story: Trajan's General, Lusius Quietus, killed Lulianus and his brother Pappus in Lod. My daughter, son-law and 2 babies live in Lod. My wife, Yemima, and I are going to Lod from our home in Bnei Brak tomorrow to help babysit. Yes Lod is an old city in Israe, thousands of years oldl. We have every right to live in Lod as any place in the Land of Israel. God gave Israel to our forefathers as a heritage. Please God grant us safety from our enemies and from diseases etc and give us prosperity, many children, happiness. Thank you God in Heaven. Am I glad I moved to Israel July 1991.
