Again - that is not a source but a rationalization - there is no such statement in ChAZAL AND Reb Moshe rejects it. Show me a source in a Litvak authority. Chasidim hold differently on many issues

It also leads to OTD. A Skverer couple left observance, moved to Airmont. They attribute the begining to their desire not to shave the head. Seems both agreed.
As stated the testimony is irrelevant - I was just asking for useful information. It is like saying I dreamed of Martians and therefore they must exist. I am not questioning that he said it but without actual psakim it is worthless
OK, but the ari enkin article mentions the same exact chumra, and gives a source [2] Darkei Teshuva Y.D. 198:91 It's true, most people don't rely on muncacz in Halacha, and as you said, it's not based on a Gemara.

Alright then, so Ari Enkin has also not provided a source. Perhaps he got semicha from rav milevsky.
