Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has resisted mandatory mask mandates and vaccine requirements and on Friday he barred school districts from requiring students to wear masks when classes resume next month.
Well there is little evidence that schools were risky even before vaccinations. At some point, De Santis is appealing to common sense. It's the liberal teachers who don't get vaccinated but then complain that the schools aren't safe that are the problem here.
