Given the recent developments, that the husband has agreed to give his wife a Get, and has in fact deposited a Get for his wife at a Beis Din in Brooklyn, NY; the call for sanctions against him, are therefore pretty much irrelevant now.
Since the sanctions against the husband, were premised on his alleged Get refusal, then the moment that the reason for their imposition isn’t applicable any more, there is no further justification for any sanctions.
