The Red Alert siren which warns of rocket attacks sounded in
Jerusalem shortly after 6 PM Monday evening, right as the ultimatum

Has anyone considered the possibility that Netanyahu is dealing with this Arab uprising in a way to help himself politically in the ongoing negotiations for a new government?

it may be coincidence that this all took place on the week of Bennett trying to form a govt. ; Yom Yerushalayim; lehavdil end of ramadan, and the Sheikh jarrah court hearing. It may also be a coincidence if people feel that Netanyahu is better suited for security than Lapid/Mansour Abbas and a compromised Bennett.
Also, Rav Kanievsky has reportedly stated that Netanyahu is the last PM before Moshiach appears!

Oh come on. And the Vilna Gaon said the Moshiach would come when the Hurva was rebuilt. And Rav Kaduri would not die until he'd come.
