  1. “Fox stands behind Tucker Carlson after ADL urges his firing” Sorry not reading your posts. Wow I see about 10,000 pageviews. Allow me to show here my letter today:
“1.I request permission to submit these papers concerning my Motion for Reargument of motion number 54 January 19, 2021 dismissed on April 1, 2021 dated April 8, 2021 with return date April 26, 2021. I'm attaching an affidavit of service proving I mailed by UPS true copy to Susan, to Fordham University, and to TIAA. I present here proof of deliberate fraud in Aranoff v Aranoff and in Aranoff v Fordham University.
2.eTrack View My Cases eTrack Account: Tefillin...
3.In Case 1 Aranoff v Fordham University I received yesterday by mail two books published by Book Publisher International with my articles there: Chapter 2 A Model of Room Rentals in a Seasonal Hotel Illustrating Monopolistic Competition: Descriptive Approach by G Aranoff Current Strategies in Economics and Management Vol. 1, pp. 12-21 2020 Chapter 3 A Model of Manufacturers and Buyers of Cars Over the Business Cycle Illustrating Competitive Manufacturing: Advanced Study by G Aranoff Current Strategies in Economics and Management Vol. 2, pp. 22-32 2020 Chapter 5 A Numerical Example Illustrating Cost of Idle Capacity in Manufacturing: Advanced Study by G Aranoff Current Strategies in Economics and Management Vol. 2, pp. 40-46 2020
4.In Cases 2, 3, and 4 the March 7, 1995 Rigler/Rothbart Separation Order cannot be explained in any way other than deliberate fraud by Judge Rigler, Larry Rothbart, Judge Ambrosio and Judge Prus. Larry Rothbart was the clerk for Judge Gerald Garson at the time Judge Garson threw Ian Anderson out of his court for no good reason. Larry Rothbart did the figuring of child support and backdated to when I was still in NY. Larry Rothbart added a 9% interest to the phony balance. Larry Rothbart and Judge Rigler froze my TIAA pension 100% early 1994 till late 1997 for no good reason. This was especially mean because I told the court in 1993 that I want to give half of my pension to Susan for child support. Judge Rigler signed a QDRO in 1997 to award Susan 100% but TIAA blocked that. Judge Rigler ordered TIAA to pay Susan $23,000+ January 1998 for no good reason. Judge Ambrosio did a new QDRO in 2007 for no good reason. Judge Prus ruled to give Susan 55% of my TIAA pension for no good reason.”

Did Tucker Carson commit deliberate fraud? Where is the proof? Allegations without proof is slander, Hertz: “The Rabbis regard leprosy as a Providential affliction in the punishment for slander or tale bearing(מצורע מוציא שם רע); thus teaching that the slandered is a moral leper, and should find no place in the camp of Israel.”

  3. It is a time honoured tactic of leftist parties to import voters from certain parts of the world. The Liberal party in Canada assumed permanent dominance when, in the 1970's, they shifted immigration preference from Western Europe to East and South Asia along with Africa, prioritizing countries with leftist one-party rule and presenting themselves to the immigrants as the Canadian equivalent of the party they were loyal to back home.

  5. Torah thought on תזריע מצורע. “Some of the oil left in his palm on his shall be put by the priest on the ridge of the right ear of the one being cleansed, on the thumb of his right hand, and the big toe of his right foot---over the blood of the guilt offering” (Leviticus 14:17). “Some of the oil in his palm shall be put by the priest on the ridge of the right ear of the one being cleansed, on the thumb of his right hand, and the big toe of his right foot, over the same place על מקום as the blood of the guilt offering” (Leviticus 14:28)
    Menachoth 10a
“Wherefore is the left stated? [In Lev. Xlv, 16, in connection with the rites of the rich man: And the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand. In the preceding verse (15) ‘the left hand’ is admittedly required for its own purpose, that the priest shall pour the oil into his left hand.] R. Shisha the son of R. Idi answered, In order to rule out the use of the priest's right hand in the case of the leper; lest you argue as follows: if in the case where the left hand is not allowed the right hand nevertheless is, in the case where the left hand is allowed surely the right hand is allowed too [Scripture therefore repeated the left hand to indicate that the service shall be performed with the left hand only.]. And wherefore is the left stated again? [Lev. XIV, 27, in connection with the rites of the poor man. This question applies to all the expressions used in connection with the rites of the poor leper.] For the reason taught at the school of R. Ishmael: Any Biblical passage that was stated once, and then repeated, was repeated only for the sake of some new point contained therein [The new point being that the offerings for purification vary according to the means of the leper.].”

My theory on poor v rich ceremony for cleansing of leprosy, the sin of מציא שם רע. Using modern woke terminology: woke = alert to injustice in society, especially racism. An appropriate modern term: asshole. My theory: God punishes assholes with Leprosy. The Torah details the ritual for the cleansing of the asshole and making expiation for him before the Lord, rich asshole v poor asshole.
Terrible a rich asshole. The rich asshole chooses with his money to troll and to attack without proof מוציא שם רע. Terrible a poor asshole. A poor person has to worry about his daily bread. Does this poor asshole imagine that trolling and attacking without proof will bring him benefits? No. The Torah requires from the poor asshole a male lamb for a guilt offering and two turtledoves. Our sages say the proor asshole can bring the libations somewhat later, based on the extra words על מקום. This is a small leniency to the poor asshole. The Torah gives the poor asshole, maybe, a couple of weeks to scrounge and bring the libations. The Torah is plenty strict with assholes that seek expiation, both rich and poor. Beautiful. Moral lesson: don’t troll and attack without proof, don’t be an asshole.

  6. Why write it in so offensive manner? I am still not sure why I approved this comment.
Are you more concerned with insulting the left or offending the right?

  7. Could have used a Yiddish word, sometimes a common rude word is still rude.
I once got in trouble with a Rav for calling the 9/11 terrorists "bastards" (in English), even though this term has no pgam, whereas mamzerus does.

  8. Please allow this Torah thought. “And I will end all her rejoicing והשבתי כל משושה, Her festivals חגה, new moons חדשה, and sabbaths ושבתה, All her festive seasons וכל מועדה .”

Now, if King Solomon could call the 7 days celebration of the Holy Temple he built a holiday, חג ---can we call יום עצמאות a holiday a חג? The Redak brings down the Saadia Gaon that Hosea refers only to Torah holidays. Ezekiel supports the view of only holidays with sacrifices (leaving out Purim and Hanuka). “And it shall be the obligation of the prince--- the burnt offerings, and the meal offerings, and the drink offerings, on festivals, new moons, sabbaths, in all the appointed seasons of the house of Israel; he shall provide the sin offerings, the meal offering, the burnt offerings, and the offerings of well-being, to make expiation for the House of Israel.” (Ezekiel 45:17).

Holidays without sacrifices --- what about them? Purim? No Hallel. Chanukah, yes Hallel. יום עצמאות ? My shul in Bnei Brak does say Hallel.
