James O’Keefe, of the conservative propaganda operation Project Veritas, was back in the public spotlight and once again making an incendiary allegation: There was major election fraud in Minneapolis.
One problem: The hard evidence of cash in exchange for votes was
lacking, and some of the other conduct of collecting ballots might be
perfectly legal.

Mr. Jewell, IRS agent in Texas, audited my 2010 and 2011 USA taxes and found me liable for over $18,000. Why? I always file IRS taxes since I married Susan January 26, 1969. I last filed IRS taxes for me and Susan 1990. I have the brokerage statements, Merrill Lynch and Cowan, that show $2,000,000 in the names of our 6 children: Rachel, Yaffa, Deena, Tsvi, Aryea, and Miriam. Starting 1993 every year I file IRS taxes for me and Yemima. I reported only my income and not my wife Yemima's income. Mr. Jewell knew, somehow, that my wife Yemima was a high-up clerk in Bank Mizrachi and that if I were to report both our incomes, I would owe USA taxes. I went to USA Tax Court in Washington DC and won. Why? I showed the court that in 2010 and 2011 Susan was my wife according to the fake/phony Prus 2013 NYS Judgment of Divorce. (Ha Ha).
4.The federal courts treated me badly in my efforts to free my TIAA pension saying that they had no jurisdiction....
5.The Appellate Division 2nd Department treated me badly. They denied me poor person relief. Why? They knew, somehow, that my wife was a high-up clerk in Bank Mizrachi. The NYS Court of Appeals treated me badly dismissing all my motions with never a clear explanation that made sense. Judge Ambrosio wanted me to pay $25,000 fines before he, maybe, would consider my application to cancel the fines. I had crooked judges in the Supreme Court Kings County: Ambrosio, Rigler, Garson (who was jailed for bribery), and Prus. The NYS Court of Appeals keeps stiff-arming me. Stiff-arming = treat (someone) in a cold and unhelpful way (the department still appeared to be stiff-arming the media).
6.I'm now back in SCOTUS. Maybe with Judge Amy Barett, after the Senate confirms her God willing, SCOTUS will hear my complaints.
“Project Veritas alleges election fraud, evidence scant” My theory. The problem in Minnesota (and in my case Aranoff v Aranoff): no interest of local authorities to pursue fraud. I quote:

My theory on Aranoff v Aranoff. Time is on my side. The more and more years TIAA paying Susan 55% of my pension, over my objections, more and more likely for a reversal. Why? Fraud and violation of law. Fraud = fraud wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. "he was convicted of fraud"
I saw the whole debate. Biden calls Trump a clown. I say that backfires on Biden. I agree with Trump that Biden is under control of the radical Left. Wow Biden wants to raise corporate income tax from 21% to 28%. We must stop Biden. Trump: four more years.

2.I'm a CPA, PhD economist living in Bnei Brak Israel with my wife Yemima and our children and, so far, one grandchild. Judge Prus has tenure until 2032. There is a fiction that all my judges in Aranoff v Aranoff ruled fairly. The opposite is true: judicial bias from the start and throughout. Enrages me now the fiction that the court orders for TIAA to pay Susan 55% of my pension without end does not violate ERISA. ERISA voids ambiguous termination QDROS. Other that SCOTUS, federal courts will not void a QDRO that has an ambiguous termination. The basis: lack of jurisdiction saying that the state courts have the last word if the QDRO needs to be voided for ambiguous termination. The more years TIAA paying Susan 55% of my pension, over my objections, more likely for a reversal. I quote the Bible (Deuteronomy 16:18-20): You shall appoint magistrates and officials for your tribes, in all the settlements that the Lord your God is giving you, and they shall govern the people with due justice. You shall not judge unfairly: you shall show no partiality; you shall not take bribes, for bribes blind the eyes of the discerning and upset the plea of the just. Justice, justice shall you pursue, that you may thrive and occupy the land that the Lord your God is giving you.”
