Ivanka Trump
appears to have been paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in
'consulting fees' that helped reduce her father's tax bills while she
was working as an employee of the Trump Organization.
1. She was known as top salesman(woman) for her father's condos. She's entitled to an income from that. 2. She's paying the top tax rate on the consulting income. Not only no difference, net result is higher combined taxes. And she pays self employment tax on this income, besides regular taxes. Which her father doesn't get to effectively deduct.
She is entitled to the same income that unrelated received from Trump enterprises for similar sales-which includes how clients are distributed to salesmen
