    Torah thought on בהעלתך. Compare:
“Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Cushite woman he had married: He married a Cushite woman! They said, Has the Lord spoken only through Moses? Has He not spoken through us as well? The Lord heard it. Now Moses was a very humble man, more so than any other man on earth. Suddenly the Lord called to Moses, Aaron, and Miriam, Come out, you three, to the Tent of Meeting. So the three of them went
out. The Lord came down in a pillar of cloud, stopped at the entrance of the Tent, and called out, Aaron and Miriam! The two of them came forward; and He said, Hear these My words: When a prophet of the Lord arises among you, I make Myself known to him in a vision, I speak with him in a dream. Not so with My servant עבדי Moses; he is trusted throughout My household. With him I speak mouth to mouth, plainly and not in riddles, and he beholds the likeness of the Lord. How then did you not shrink יראתם from speaking against My servant בעבדי Moses! Still incensed with them, the Lord departed.” (Numbers 12:1-9).
    To:
“After the Lord had spoken these words to Job, the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite, I
am incensed at you and your two friends, for you have not spoken the truth about Me as did My servant כעבדי Job. Now take seven bulls and seven rams and go to My servant עבדי Job and sacrifice a burnt offering for yourselves. And let Job, My servant עבדי, pray for you; for to him I will show favor and not treat you vilely נבלה, since you have not spoken the truth about Me as did My servant כעבדי Job. Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad
the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went and did as the Lםרג had told them, and the
Lord showed favor to Job. The Lord restored Job’s fortunes when he prayed on behalf
of his friends, and the Lord gave Job twice what he had before.” (Job: 42:7-10).
What did Eliphaz say inappropriate? Eg. “See how happy is the man whom God reproves; Do not reject the discipline of the Almighty. He injures, but He binds up; He wounds, but His hands heal.” (Job 5:17-18).
My theory. Aaron and Miriam did, in a sense, haul Moses into court on a charge that he took a Cushite woman. Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar also did, in a sense, haul Job into court not knowing any charge against Job.
In my case in NYS Court of Appeals, a married woman could always haul into court (rabbinic or secular) her husband on a charge not paying mezonot. After she accepts the get in NYS before witnesses, she can no longer so easily haul him into court, follow? The Supreme Court of Israel permits Netanyahu to be prime minister.
