Michael Flynn: Court rules in favour of ex-Trump aide

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-53168278

All four prosecutors assigned to the Stone case - including Mr Zelinsky - quit after the lower sentence was requested.
Mr Zelinsky told lawmakers on Wednesday that he had been pressured to change a sentencing memo to the judge to ask for a lighter sentence for Stone. He said he was warned he could be fired if he did not co-operate.
"I was explicitly told that the motivation for changing the sentencing memo was political, and because the US Attorney was 'afraid of the President'."
He also said that he was directed to investigate an environmental deal made between US auto manufacturers and the state of California after Mr Trump criticised it on Twitter.
DOJ spokeswoman Kerri Kupec said: "Mr Zelinksy's allegations concerning the US Attorney's motivation are based on his own interpretation of events and hearsay (at best), not first-hand knowledge."

  1. “Michael Flynn” See https://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/281074
“Meantime, back at the ranch, as Trump associates Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort, and others, suffer consequences, Obama’s confederacy of scofflaws go free…and to CNN. Manafort was given the medieval treatment. He was shackled and dumped into solitary confinement because he refused to give up Trump in exchange for leniency. Where’s the consequence for Mueller? He knew Trump was innocent and yet went ahead with a two-year $25 million wild goose chase only to prolong the misery. Attorney General William Barr has already indicated that Obama and Biden will face no charges, even as it’s becoming clearer by the day that they were part of the scheme to knife Trump front and back. So, they get off the hook, and it appears that the same happy fate awaits all the other rotten truants. No worries for Hillary, Schiff, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Strzok and mor dirty dozens who colluded with Obama to tie Trump, and the nation, in knots. What’s the secret to their success?”
Allow me to show my letter today to the NYS Court of Appeals:
“1.I request permission to submit these papers concerning my motion number 352 return date June 29, 2020. I'm attaching an affidavit of service proving I mailed by UPS a true copy to Susan and to TIAA. I attach Exhibit A Susan promises on 2/9/1989 to join me in Israel.

2.Exhibit A: Susan promises on 2/9/1989 to join me in Israel: Where do you intend to live in Israel? Jerusalem I hereby certify that the answers in this questionnaire are correct
Gerald Aranoff Susan Aranoff Feb. 9, 1989

3.I claim that I did nothing wrong in the least. 226 A.D.2d 657 (1996) 642 N.Y.S.2d 49 states: Ordered that the orders are affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of costs. [226 A.D.2d 658] The wife, Susan Aranoff, and the husband, Gerald Aranoff, were married in 1969 and have six children. In July 1991, the wife commenced this separation action after the husband had left the United States to settle permanently in the State of Israel. In the separation action, the wife seeks, inter alia, support for the minor children. During the pendency of the separation action in New York, on February 17, 1993, a Rabbinical Court in the State of Israel issued a divorce decree.

4.In July 1991 while I was still in my Brooklyn home, Susan started Index # 1991--23213. It was completely unjustified. Susan is a radical feminist. Susan advocates get on demand. Susan supported Mendel Epstein assaults on husbands that refuse to divorce their wives. I quote from Pacer Case 3:14-cr-00287-FLW Document 484 Filed 05/19/20:
On April 21, 2015, Defendant was convicted of conspiracy to commit kidnapping. (See Jury Verdict as to Mendel Epstein, ECF No. 352.) Defendant's conviction followed a jury trial wherein he was charged with various kidnapping-related offenses, stemming from his involvement in a scheme through which he, along with others, sought to assist Jewish women in obtaining religious divorces from their recalcitrant husbands. (See Amended Redacted Indictment, ECF No. 344.) On December 15, 2015, this Court sentenced Defendant to a term of imprisonment of 120 months. (See Judgment as to Mendel Epstein, ECF No. 394.) Defendant was also sentenced to 5 years of supervised release following his imprisonment, and he was ordered to pay a special assessment of $100. (Id.) Thus far, Defendant has served approximately 4 years of his 10-year sentence.

5.Properly I need the Court to dismiss in its entirety Susan's index number 1991-23213. I urge the Court to grant my motion number 352 return date June 29, 2020.”
