    Does it matter? If you tell me 30% of Americans will socially gather no matter what the warnings, then it matters.

    Scientists in China, led by the bat Woman, collected bat samples carrying these viruses, and took them back to the Wuhan lab. Fact. Although she denies that there was no escape from her lab , it is one major possibility. The other possible source is that locals near the bat cave were somehow infected, either directly or indirectly (through another animal who was infected by the same bats).
