‘I love Diamond & Silk’: Trump backs Fox News personalities who spread coronavirus conspiracies

https://www.politico.com/news/2020/04/28/trump-support-fox-news-coronavirus-214517

President Donald Trump on Tuesday voiced his support for conservative video-bloggers Diamond and Silk, the pro-Trump duo who have promoted coronavirus conspiracy theories and been absent from their usual Fox News appearances.

Diamond and Silk, who have spoken at Trump rallies and are regulars on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” morning show, have propagated various baseless coronavirus claims over the past month as the outbreak ravaged the United States. A Fox News spokeswoman did not immediately return a request for comment on their status with the company.

Although Fox News retains a stable of pro-Trump commentators, the president has grown increasingly frustrated with the network, despite its opinion hosts’ almost unflinchingly positive coverage of his administration.

  2. Sorry I don’t read and don’t look at Berel’s comments. Allow me my letter today to Susan et al:
1.I trust all is well with you, Susan and Myla and people at TIAA. Thank God all is well with me and my family in Israel. Please be advised that I'm hereby requesting TIAA to look into the validity of the QDRO they follow based on Kings Supreme Court orders. I spoke yesterday with Mr.\ William Sarakatsannis department head at TIAA at 800-842-2252 (469-455-8472).
2.The basis of my request is my contract with TIAA to protect my pension from 1) fraud attacks and from 2) ERISA errors. US Congress passed ERISA to protect a person against fraudulent attacks to a person's pension. TIAA is arm of the Kings Supreme Court. ERISA requires TIAA to be diligent in administering a person's pension payout to a third party. Susan is a third party since I divorced her February 17, 1993. I suffered with a bad judge, the late Judge William Rigler, who once approved a QDRO award of 100% to Susan. I suffered with a bad judge, the late Judge Gerald Garson who was jailed for bribery in matrimonial cases. Alas, the Kings Supreme Court treats me like I'm a babbling monkey, though I'm a professor. See PrusDecision.pdf.
3.TIAA properly started paying me my TIAA pension in 1993 after I divorced Susan February 17, 1993 on her initiative in a Brooklyn rabbinic court run by Rabbi Aryeh Ralbag. Judge Freda Wolfson granted Rabbi Aryeh Ralbag immunity for his testimony to convict Mendel Epsein et al. Rabbi Aryeh Ralbag testified that he ran a kangaroo rabbinical court where Mendel Epstein et al made use of for their kidnappings to force recalcitrant husbands to divorce their wives. I made aliyah to Israel July 9, 1991. Susan refused to join me. See Kornfeld.pdf. I married Yemima May 9, 1993. I live with Yemima and our daughters in Bnei Brak Israel. Yemima is the beneficiary of my TIAA pension.
4.See 1997AranoffQDRO.pdf. Yemima Aranoff, my wife, is the second annuitant to receive benefits for life. Note that on September 10, 1997 Judge Rigler lifted the “stay on the distribution of any funds from Defendant's TIAA-CREF funds.” That stay was in effect from early 1994 continuous. Was that stay according to ERISA?
5.See AranoffSignedJudgmentofDiv.pdf. Was there a “decree of judgment of separation dated March 7, 1995” ? Did TIAA ever get a copy? Did Judge Rigler ever refer to it in any court document? Can TIAA request a stay on distribution of funds, now, similar to what was 1994-1997? Can I request TIAA to request the court to stay distribution of funds? Mr. William Sarakatsannis, you spoke so politely with me yesterday, thank you. You told me that you would talk to your ERISA lawyers and I could call you back at 469-455

  10. Thanks for the upvotes. Allow me to show my letter today to TIAA, cc Susan:
1.I haven't heard from Susan for the longest time. If Judge Prus agrees to calendar my motion with notice of motion date May 5, 2020, then TIAA could seek to intervene. I quote:
NY CPLR \S 1013 (2012) Intervention by permission. Upon timely motion, any person may be permitted to intervene in any action when a statute of the state
confers a right to intervene in the discretion of the court, or when the
person's claim or defense and the main action have a common question of
law or fact. In exercising its discretion, the court shall consider
whether the intervention will unduly delay the determination of the
action or prejudice the substantial rights of any party.

2.Looks to me Susan and TIAA are waiting for after May 5, 2020 to see if Judge Prus will calendar my motion. Fine. I then will ask TIAA to formally request permission to intervene to support me to recover my pension Susan stole.

3.Interesting there is a Biblical source for a person requesting a witness to testify to help the person prove in a court his complaint of theft.

And If any one sin, in that he heareth the voice of adjuration, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.(Leviticus 5:1)

4.My Bible with commentary p. 420 (Hertz, London 1997) states:
    1. if any one in. The Torah proceeds to describe special cases in which a sin-offering is required, viz. a witness who fails to give testimony (v. 1); one who contracts impurity (v. 2 and 3); one who omits to fulfil his vow (v. 4). No distinction is here made between 'wittingly' and 'unwittingly'; see iv, 2. heareth. Better, had heard. adjuration. Addressed to a person in possession of evidence to come forward and offer testimony. This adjuration was known as an אלה, 'curse,' probably because it was accompanied by the pronouncement of a curse upon the person should he maintain silence. Having interfered with the execution of justice, he required expiation through a sin-offering. bear his iniquity, i.e. incur guilt.
