The website has paper-thin details of the company profile and comes across as merely a shell of some other enterprise with strong connections to Russia, Ukraine, Libya, Iran, and other actors in this highly corrupt RussiaGate, UkraineGate, Iran gun-smuggling gate, etc.
On the Tungsten Capital site, the company reveals it is into financial advisory and Leonid's wife/sister heads up their art advisory group, only there is no indication there is a group, only appears to be Leonid and his wife/sister. What financial advisory company anywhere, has as there two primary business endeavors, financial advisory to many of the major powers of the world [read backdoor trading in secrets, gun-running or otherwise] and art advisory? Art advisory [ read a means to launder vast amounts of ill-gotten gains.
Very dubious company and leadership.
