But an investigation might follow the money. Yeshivas in America get money from many sources. Some of those sources may be highly supportive of the State of Israel. So why bring up a topic that will alienate people who donate and thus make fundraiser harder?
Also, some non-Jews might spin it and use it for anti-Jewish propagandas.
You might as well ask why no one called out Rabbi Shmuel Kamenetsky for this ongoing fiasco with Tamar Epstein.

not much protest about the abuse of women and children in a "yeshiva" in the Bukharan quarter. Why is that?
