This is a consequence of WHO going "cheap and easy" and trying to inoculate the masses of Africa and the third World on a large scale with the cheaper vaccine. Western countries do not use the oral vaccine anymore, they use an injected format which does not contain live viruses, only inactivated viruses which CANNOT cause Polio. SO THERE IS NO RISK WHATSOEVER OF THIS HAPPENING WITH VACCINE USED IN WESTERN COUNTRIES. The oral vaccine was used for 40 years in the US and eradicated the disease. With tightly regulated standards and monitoring, it can be ensured that live virus has not mutated. With a mad rush to cover all of Africa, you can guess how tight the standards are.
The antivax propaganda on this site is disgraceful and completely veers off factual discussion into emotional mysticism. We can have different hashkafas on the appropriate level of mysticism in Judaism, but there is no place for mysticism in medicine and protecting our children and society!
