Why cant people donate funds for vaccine awareness? And discussions of real Cases by parents of children reporting ontheir experiences of extensive medical complications after a vaccination? Why are we afraid of honest discussion?

I don't think there is any dispute that the occasional child is harmed by a vaccination. Anecdotal evidence supports this conclusion.Even in victorious wars, the winning side has casualties.
What we are really discussing here is not the efficacy of vaccines. We are talking about the right of the government to draft children into the vaccination program.
Some parents want religious exemptions. Sort of like a pacifist exemption for the draft. And that's fine. But I think those parents should have to register their unvaccinated children. And a law should be passed that in a time of a disease outbreak that those unvaccinated children will have to enter a quarantine until the threat has passed.
And of course if that child has become an adult, the adult would have to be quarantined. I imagine we could set up prisons for the unvaccinated where the inmates are responsible to pay for their quarantine/prison stay.

A few years later America dropped the draft. Rich and populous America could easily manage without a draft. How? Simply increase benefits, scholarships, loans etc to induce people to sign up for the army. I certainly did all the vaccinations for all my 9 children. I agree with Joseph Orlow that parents that refuse to vaccine their children, need to report to proper agencies and so too the unvaccinated children.... My feeling is that parents that refuse to vaccine their children are being ridiculous and are endangering society... Can Israel manage, without drafting the yeshiva students that don’t want to serve in the army? Maybe with new technology---computers, drones, etc.
While the Supreme Court authorized the states to pass these laws mandating vaccinations, it was in no way required for the states to do so. Federal authority on vaccines only applies to situations of national concern, such as the quarantine of foreign disease and regulation between states.
As a result, states have varying rules to regulate vaccines. All 50 states require students to be vaccinated before starting school, and every state has an exemption for cases of medical conditions that would make vaccines risky, like an immune disorder or cancer. Most states have the option for parents to opt out for religious reasons, and about half of states broaden that exemption to personal or philosophical reasons.
Some states have stringent requirements attached to their exemptions, such as approval of a doctor. Others however, particularly with religious and personal exemptions, are as simple as a checkbox on a student enrollment form.
Where Cases of measles Have Been Reported This Year:
A majority of the cases this year have been tied to an outbreak at Disneyland, which began in December. At least 40 people who visited or worked at the theme park contracted measles, and the disease has now spread to at least six other states. The map shows the counties where cases have been reported. I personaly definitely advises to vaccination, but I respect the right of does who don't want vaccination. in reality it doesn't matter to much if the "herd" around them are vaccinated which seems to be the case here at the Jewish neighborhoods.
An Orthodox anti-vaccine group is circulating a digital pamphlet that quotes two of the most prominent rabbis in the ultra-Orthodox world, the New York Post reported Tuesday.
The pamphlet quotes rabbis Shmuel Kamenetsky and Chaim Kanievsky saying that yeshivas should allow unvaccinated children to attend. Kanievsky is one of Israel’s most revered rabbis; Kamenetsky leads a major ultra-Orthodox yeshiva, and is a member of the rabbinical leadership council of Agudath Israel of America, a major umbrella organization and advocacy group for Orthodox Jews.
Kamenetsky is a longtime critic of vaccines. The Forward reported in 2014 that he had called vaccines a “hoax.” -Josh Nathan-Kazis
