  2. הרב צבי גרטנר הרב בצלאל קרלינצקי ירושלים
Rabbi Tsvi Getner (American) and Rabbi Bestalel Karlinsky (Israeli) are very much against prenups. Prenups are Susan’s big project.
    See https://blogs.timesofisrael.com/reviving-the-rackman-agunah-beit-din/
“The Beth Din of America (BDA) Prenuptial was again put forward at the conference as a solution for the agunah agony.”
If SCOTUS grants my motion 2018-7160 see https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/18-7160.html
Then I’ll request SCOTUS to get all 30 years court records in all courts (NYS and federal)
This week’s parsha וארא has an interesting marriage:
    שמות פרק ו פסוק כג
    וַיִּקַּח אַהֲרֹן אֶת אֱלִישֶׁבַע בַּת עַמִּינָדָב אֲחוֹת נַחְשׁוֹן לוֹ לְאִשָּׁה וַתֵּלֶד לוֹ אֶת נָדָב וְאֶת אֲבִיהוּא אֶת אֶלְעָזָר וְאֶת אִיתָמָר:
    Baba Bathra 110a:
Raba said: He who [wishes] to take a wife should inquire about [the character of] her brothers. For it is said, “Aaron took to wife Elisheba, daughter of Amminadab and sister of Nahshon, and she bore him Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.” (Exodus 6:23). Since it is stated the daughter of Amminadab, would it not he obvious that she is the sister of Nahshon? Then why should it be expressly stated, the sister of Nahshon? From here, [then], it is to be inferred that he who takes a wife should inquire about [the character of] her brothers. It was taught: Most children resemble the brothers of the mother.

Yes, one should check before making a serious contract... Yes, I support Rabbi Tsvi Getner (American) and Rabbi Bestalel Karlinsky (Israeli) 100% there attacks on prenups... Can we discuss here prenups?

  3. Why am I against prenups? Marriage is a commitment between 2 parties. Takes 2 to marry and 2 to divorce. I divorced Susan 2/17/1993 not knowing why she wanted a divorce. Rabbi Asher told me to send Susan a get and see if she accepts... I thank G-d she did, then I found and married Yemima 5/9/1993, my true neshama...Nonsense what Susan writes https://blogs.timesofisrael.com/reviving-the-rackman-agunah-beit-din/
“Professor Ruth Halperin-Kaddari presented research which confirmed what all agunah activists know, that just the potential for Get extortion taints all divorce proceedings in batei din. A woman’s fear of Get extortion undermines her bargaining power even if no explicit threat is made. A solution, like annulment, that completely takes the Get as a weapon out of the husband’s hands is, therefore, essential. The Beth Din of America (BDA) Prenuptial was again put forward at the conference as a solution for the agunah agony. Unfortunately, it was not explained that the per diem payments that accrue to the benefit of an agunah under the terms of the BDA prenup when a Get is withheld are not automatically hers. The BDA retains the discretion, and has used that discretion, to cancel those payments as part of the “deal” when the husband eventually agrees to give the Get. For insight into this question of the agunah’s ability to collect her per diem money, readers should go the BDA website to study the text of the prenuptial, especially paragraph iii which gives the BDA far-reaching jurisdiction, and to read an article by Rabbi Mordechai Willig about the BDA prenup in the Journal of the Beth Din of America, Spring 2012, Vol. 1, Number 1.”
How did Susan get a NYS civil divorce from me 9/10/2013? I don’t take such matters seriously. Money is not important to me. It never was. SCOTUS SCOTUS SCOTUS

  4. Why did is there a 20 year gap from the original divorce /Get and the NYS civil divorce? Didn't you have the civil divorce already back in '93?
If so, why are they giving another one?

OK so cuny granted you your PhD, well done.”
Thanks Eddie. Here’s my letter today:

1.I request permission to submit these papers concerning my motion 2018 - 1149 12/10/2018. I'm attaching an affidavit of service proving I mailed by UPS a true copy to Susan.

2.Allow me to show here my suit my lawyer Ian Anderson brought against Fordham University for kicking me out in January 1984 of their PhD program in economics.

3.Judge Alajn Saks ruled he had no jurisdiction. This was not serious for me. This delayed my goal of making aliyah to Israel. I continued my research and college teaching. Thank God CUNY gave me a PhD June 1991 based on 3 published articles. One of the articles was the very research Fordham faculty approved as a dissertation proposal.

4.Judge Prus signed a contested NYS civil divorce me and Susan 20 years after the real divorce/get. Why did he do this? On what basis? The fake/phony Rigler 1995 Order of Separation is so very old. Why did Susan wait so very long? For me this was not serious as I am in Israel with a new wife and new children. I say that Judge Prus in 2013 had no jurisdiction in a question of my marital status. Judge Alan Saks ruled in 1990 he had no jurisdiction in a question if I'm worthy of a PhD.

5.The NYS Court of Appeals indeed has jurisdiction if Judge Prus overstepped his authority. I quote the Bible:
“Did I ever brush aside the case of my servants, man or maid, When they made a complaint against me? What then should I do when God arises; When He calls me to account, what should I answer Him? Did not He who made me in my mother's belly make him?” (Job 31:13-15).

  7. Kalonymus Anonymus says “How bizarre!”
    Bizarre =
very strange or unusual, especially so as to cause interest or amusement. "her bizarre dresses and outrageous hairdos" synonyms: strange, peculiar, odd, funny, curious, outlandish, outré, abnormal, eccentric, unconventional, unusual, unorthodox, queer, extraordinary
Yes, I should cause interest, thanks Eddie. January 10, 2019 is the anticipated next release of decisions by the NYS Court of Appeals. SCOTUS sent me a letter: “The petition for a write of certiorari in the above entitled case was filed on October 24, 2018 and placed on the docket December 20, 2018 as No. 18-7160. A form is enclosed for notifying opposing counsel that the case was docketed.”
