I dont understand it it all just made up ?WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BONES? iF IT WAS once A KNOWN TOMB KEVER so where did the bones end up? Is it possible that they are building Homes in a former graveyard?
First of all, please cut it with the ALL CAPS. It sounds like YOU ARE SHOUTING. Second of all, there was no kever there. There is a lengthy teshuva about this in the most recent volume from Rav Shtrenbuch. There were some non-Jwish graves, and Asra Kadisha has a policy that no building should be allowed wherever any graves are, even those of non-Jews, as a type of "lo plug."

What's not to understand? R' Mendel Shafran makes it all very clear. The place has been checked exhaustively and there are no bones or bone fragments.
