Part of the transcript: "It is the mother who carries the child for nine months with all the pain involved the entire development and growth....is dependent on the mother's exertion. Therefore, by common sense - even if the child were not fully dependent on the mother for the first several years of life - the child's very existence, its development in the womb and its birth depended completely on the mother.... Common sense dictates that this is reason for the mother's nationality to determine the child's. So a group of men come along - and what is mire bizarre, some women - and have decided that they'll rearrange the natural order. They insist that the mother is irrelevant, but rather if the father is of a certain nationality, then this should determine the child's people. This defies logic, it defies common sense. The greatest injustice, the greatest crime that can be perpetrated upon a mother is to rob her of her child for whom she toiled through the pains of pregnancy and labor for nine months, with the sheer will to bring a child into the world. Now a few people come along and say: "No! Why should it be this way? We will gather a committee and decide this by vote. And with the committee's vote we will change the nature of another couple's child." It is unheard of! This is not a religious issue - although it is certainly fundamental to Judaism - it affects even those who, for whatever reason, are not involved in Judaism or who are non-Jewish, belonging to a different nation. When people are convening or organizing to "decide" to what People a child will belong - all the women of the entire world should raise an outcry - and certainly they eventually will - to categorically reject such a possibility."

in my opinion, children should be off limits to both sides as a means of leverage or attack. Unfortunately too many women with custody prevent the father from seeing the child too. A child should not be deprived of his parental rights because of a conflict.
ReplyDeleteFEDUPWITHCORRUPTRABBIS
ReplyDelete1) Isn't this happening to Beth in the reverse.
2) Do you think Schlesinger's behaviour is right?
3) Do you think Biderman's behaviour is right?
4) Do you think what they are both doing is fair to the children?
5) Do you look upon the Rebbe as a man who should be respected?
6) If Biderman runs schools with the Chabad, name shouldn't he be following the teachings of the Rebbe?
If he Iisn't, doesn't this show that he is a fraud?
I agree with you Frank! That is why i stated that using children as leverage should not be tolerated. But bear in mind that women are the biggest violators of this and no one seems to care when the woman holds the children back from the father! I am not surprised about the response from Biderman as chabad is not about the truth or the Torah but just about the money! In Las vegas, Yisroel Schanowitz and Shmuel attal (chabad rabbis) they kicked out Meir Kin from Shul without halachic reason.. They also caused Lonna kin to have leverage in the courts to stop visitation between Meir and his son SOLELY BECAUSE SHE GOT HIM EJECTED FROM THE SHUL. So there you have it!
ReplyDeleteWhere is your evidence for any of this las vegas situation?
ReplyDeleteThen why fedupwithcorruptrabbis is this mother and her children being deprived of their rights. So by your comment here and below Michael should not have been allowed near his children because he has used his innocent children as leverage and attack against their innocent mother. The pot calling the kettle black! Don't
ReplyDeletetry and twist it this issue again. The
Rebbe is talking about mothers and children.
Why are Beth and her children being deprived of each other exactly? Because of Michael’s abuse and violence and
corruption and lies in the Austrian Courts.
It is now common knowledge just
what Michael Schlesinger and family are and what they have done with the help
of Konstanze Thau and collaboration of Rabbi Biderman.
