PBS Are private charter schools monopolizing public resources?

1 comment:

  1. It is precisely because a school is a charter school that gives it the right to make rules enforcable. In a public school, for example, they have no resource if a kid doesn't follow a uniform rule. In a charter the child can be told to leave and of course go back to a typical public school.
Charter schools are not better. They just are allowed to flex their muscles.
