Schlesinger Twins: Dr. Schlesinger refuses to let Chief Rabbi hand twins to mother
This is documentation that Dr. Schlesinger refuses to let the Chief Rabbi hand over the twins to their mother for free. He insists that she continue paying 50 euros to a government agent to do the same. See further information here
I am not really familiar with this case, but from the german letter it is clearly written, that private persons may not transfer the children, by order of the court! Also the handover must be done via a visiting centre, by order of the court. The father may be an unpleasant person, but here you can't blame him. Hope this was helpful. Kind regards
Martin Stein, Baruch Hashem you understand German. I am so glad. Does not have to do anything with the father being unpleasant or not. But it is about manipulating all those on this blog, who to not understand German. I am really, really sad.I thought Daas Thora was an objective, non malipulating site. Now I learned that it is not so. Thank you for having wrote. Thank you so much!!
@vienna did you notice that I approved Martin Stein's comment as well as yours? It I was trying to be manipulative as you claim than I would obviously reject his comment as well as yours. Or you want to be paranoid and claim that my accepting the comment is a manipulation also/
This has nothing to do with Dr. Schlesinger. It was not him who wrote the letter. I want you to let the letter be translated, as you did with Beths stupid protocoll. You took your time for this, now take your time for that too. Be objective rabbi. It is your duty. At least that.
'Vienna calling', this letter was written by Schlesingers lawyer. As his official legal representative, anything she writes on his behalf has his total endorsement whether he realises it or not. If Schlesinger says this letter is not representative of his views, let him come out and say so.
'Vienna calling', I am left wondering which world you live in, because it isn't this one!
you didnot translate this letter. I insist that you do. In the letter it says that the chief rabbi is not apropriate to hand the children over. But, anyone who can read German will understand that it is YOU who lied. Read the letter and let it translate to you. You as a rabbi must not lie, you know????
@Vienna you keep repeating yourself. I did post Martin Stein's comment regarding the court's requirement. Translating the letter is not going to add to that.
But I also commented that Dr. Schlesinger is willing to have a handover arrangement other than that mandated by the court - as long as Beth continues to pay 50 euro.
Do you understand what I said now or do I need to repeat it again?
If it were agreed, with the court's and the parents' approval, that a private individual could be allowed to do the handover, why should Beth have to pay for it?
I don't understand what you mean. Dr. Schlesinger may be willing or not. He certainly won't do anything against a court's order. Or would you? You DO know what a court order is, do you? Imagine if everyone would be willing to do other than the courts decistion...oy..they would be quite a chaos in this world. I ask you again to have the letter translated...what Martin Stein said is only one sentence. He did not translate the part where it says that rabbi Eisenberg is NOT to arrange anything etc. etc. You took your time and devoted time to translate the procotol. I am asking you again to have the whole letter translated. It says more than Martin Stein wrote. Much more.
Daas Thora. The manipulation is that you gave that letter the wrong title. But to be fair, I assume that this is what had been told to you, since I also assume that you do not speak German. You say this is a documentation that Dr. Schlesinger refuses to let the Chief Rabbi hand over the twins to their mother etc.. I insist that you take that back and write a correct title above the letter. Correct would be: This is a documentation that Dr. Schlesinger follows the court orders in that he it not allowed to hand over the children to their mother by Chief rabbi Eisenberg, and that the children must be handed over by an official instituation . Of course you would write that in correct English, and I apologize for my poor English knowledge. If you do not correct yourself, then this is what I call manipulative.
Is my understanding correct that the hand overs are not being done in accordance with the court order I.e. at the times prescribed by the court and through an official means. Is the father in fact breaking the law?
I understand that the handovers are now taking place at a supermarket by the lady who used to work at the visiting centre which closed down. In order for Beth to see her boys, she is being forced to pay 50 euros. Also Beth has to pay 25 euros if she cancels. Is Michael required to do the same? Does Judge Suzanne Gottlicher know about this private arrangment. Is this why she has not upheld her proposed transfer to another court? Doesn't this show how corrupt this case is? Answers please!
So "Vienna Calling", lets look at it another way. Beth gives birth to two beautiful little boys, and she has to pay 50 euros to see them, and 25 euros if she cancels!! NOW SHE HAS TO BUY THEM IN A SUPERMARKET!!!!!!! Seriously, these children need to be rescued from the crazy world they are living in. What about Sammy and Benji's human rights. I doubt very much that they will be enjoying Purim
To whom it may concern,

ReplyDeleteDr. Schlesinger is agreeable for an arrangement other than that ordered by the court - as long as Beth continues paying.

Delete@Vienna calling you are ignoring my comment and instead are just jumping up and down repeating yourself

DT/RDE: How do you know Dr. Schlesinger is willing to allow a non-court sanctioned handover? And how is that relevant to the issue?

ReplyDelete@Vienna calling I stand by the title as accurately refecting Dr. Schlesinger's position.
DeleteIf you want to translate the document I would be willing to add it to the post
how can a supermarket be an official institution? this makes no sense
