Being politically correct: Meretz wants gender removed from Israeli IDs because it upsets the transgendered.

YNet   Knesset Member Tamar Zandberg (Meretz) is seeking to remove the sex clause from Israeli identity cards and has submitted a bill to the Knesset Secretariat with the backing of hee fellow party members as well as MK Merav Michaeli (Labor).

  1. Well they could do that, or they could modify the system and add "WTHK" (Who The Hell Knows?) as a third category?

  2. They should also remove marital status, because that might offend single or divorced people.
    And they should remove the picture, because that might offend ugly people.
