  2. Are there no honest rabbonim around who care about the welfare of the child? Who is protecting the abuser and why?

What evidence al pi din is valid in creating a chashash of a person being an abuser? I can see a false accusation of abuse being a powerful tool to control rebbis.

  3. Reb Doniel,

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a source for how to deal with abuse accusations and when they should be believed or how they should be dealt with.

    1. I wrote three books on the subject!

the question is how to protect the kids from danger and how public and constant are the accusations.

The simple answer is you need a consultation by a therapist who is experienced in these matters and who consults with rabbis to clarify issues.

If there is even a possibility of danger to the child and/or there is mandated reporting - then the matter needs to be reported to the police.

Even if you call the police or told a supervisor - it doesn't remove your obligation to follow up to make sure the matter was resolved.
