This is a great talk. Rabbi Horowitz really knows what he is talking about.I completely agree with Rule 1: no secrets.This truly is the basis of abuse prevention, along with a healthy, open relationship towards parents and parents listening to their children.However, it is not so easy to put this into practice, espacially with large families.
