Worm in fish Psak

  1. It would certainly be more convincing if Rabbi Klein would provide the names of the professional experts, or at least refer to a specific study that led him to his conclusion.

Also, it seems like a "snowball effect" to me. Basically, Rav Elyashiv, Rav Wosner, and Rav Karelitz, are all basing their conclusion on one man, Rabbi Klein, who did not commit his source to writing. As long as one gadol agrees, the list of names will grow. We all know how this kind of thing works.

More specifically, unfortunately, Rabbi Klein, is known to present the facts to Rav Wosner in a way that the outcome is pre-achieved. Half truths, and distorted facts can create a presentation to sway anyone - even a gadol b'yisroel. Denial of this is either ignorance, or an abundance of naivety. Don't tell me that the gedolim cannot be fooled, they most certainly be can. If you don't believe me, I have a Yerushalmi on Kodshim to sell you.

Therefore, in the meantime, my confidence level of the accuracy of this psak is not very high.
