Bedatz bans public digital ad displays

  1. למטרת פרסום דיגיטאלי? What about a clock or news/stock ticker? "All digital displays in whatever form?" I can't make out the fine print, which organization is issuing this?

  4. There is a seal of the badatz but not signatures, I am not sure if it means anything. It just hard to believe that the badatz is just as gullible as r’ Elyashiv.
