Personally having followed his blog from the very beginning, I understand, though do not agree with, where he is at. I find his insights, many times valuable. He has been talking about what many in our community refuse to admit, for many a year. Maybe if we did a better job as self-policing and following the advice of some of the Gedolim, there would be no need for a site like his.
I think that you provide some very useful and insightful comments in general. However, I find your comment here ironic. You seem quite content to fish out all the negative commentary about Orthodox Judaism no matter how polluted the source such as anti Orthodox Haaretz and a stage 7 (of the stages listed by Rashi) apikores and maisis umadiach like fooled meshugene.
Aren't there any valid kosher sources for some of this information? I find the other sources to have an agenda that makes any of their presentations suspect.
There seems to be quite a bit of talk about this on VIN.
Due to the high level of those that comment here, I guess I should assume that they know the nature of the sources that are being quoted and either decide to accept them or not. I will focus more on the substance of those topics that are of interest to me rather than comment on the purity of the source.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your assistance - finally got it.
ReplyDeleteFailed meshugene is one of the most poisonous apikores sites in existence.
ReplyDeletePassaic is spelled with only 2 s's.
tzoorba,
ReplyDeleteDo you ever have anything positive to say?
