The overwhelming majority of Neturei Karta disowned this crew. The group that gets the media attention for all their insanity is all of a few dozen people globally.
But it does give you something to think about when saying Shemu'el haQatan's addition (the 12th berakhah) to Shemoneh Esrei.

On the same page it says it was taken when Ahmadinedjad came to new York for the UN general assembly on 9/24/2007...
