That should be the Rabbi's job. How do I know if the chulent is kosher if it was ordered from the caterer by a board member? And what about the babysitting during Yomim Noraim davening? The Rabbi should be the one to work out the details with all the parents and babysitters. How else will I know that the davening will remain quiet and the kids will be safe?
