The ICE agent's actions were apparently in consonance with his training and with relevant state and federal laws.
Those who disagree can avail themselves of the legal system to bring their arguments before a judge. They can exercise their First Amendment right to free speech to publicize their perspective. But none of that necessarily makes them right.
