Hersh lawsuit: Hersh's full complaint filed in secular court

Factchecker has left a new comment on your post "Hersh lawsuit:Testimony of Rochel Rosengarten":

This article by Rosengarten is not news, because it is not an unbiased report. A news report would report her charges as 'allegations,' perhaps, and then go on to interview the other side and give a balanced picture.

It is also not a blog, because it is featured as a regular item and is not a post of someone just letting off her own personal steam.

It really has no place and I do not understand what it is supposed to be and why it is here. Other than to attack someone with unproven claims without giving them a chance to retort.

It should be removed.

The above comment illustrates the difficulty some people have in dealing with reality. I have posted a series of documents which have been given to the secular court - which were written and submitted subject to the penalty of perjury - in which the defendants responded to Hersh's claims. Despite the fact that the testimony of Rochel Rosengarten and the others  are legal documents and if false punishable for perjury  "Factchecker" claims it is mere allegations and that I have failed to give the other side. The other side is in fact the lawsuit that Hersh has brought in which he goes to great length explaining his version.  Both sides are publicly available documents.

Factchecher seems to be totally ignorant of how to read information and seems to be unaware of elementary facts - either in law or halacha when he states "

" It really has no place and I do not understand what it is supposed to be and why it is here. Other than to attack someone with unproven claims without giving them a chance to retort."

Thus the facts are that Hersh attacked in a 411 million dollar lawsuit against the defendants ( He refused to go to beis din). These letter I am publishing are public record responses and testimonies from the defendants. Hersh is slandering the defendants because he claims they slandered him. The defendants are merely reporting how they view the truth and are thereby rejecting his claims. Thus these statements are more than the simple "allegations" found in newspapers but are in fact the evidence the secular court will use in deciding the validity of the claims and the legal consequence of guilt and innocence - and are subject to punishment if they contain false information.  This link takes you to Hersh's claims of conspiracy against him in his lawsuit

  1. To the outside observer, it looks very much like the Kfar Zeitim Yeshiva was the jewish equivalent of Tranquility Bay.

Care to investigate that, since you are not so far away?

What made me a bit suspicious was.

    1) It is a facility for "troubled youths", far away from any city or town ("breathtaking view")

    2) Students cook their meals themselves

    3) Afternoons are dedicated to "farm and construction work". What hides behind this description?

    4) How is the teacher-student ratio?

Here is a brochure I found on the net.
